Legal notice
Baifolio is an informational platform for studying investment opportunities. It does not provide individual financial advice, hold money, execute trades or receive payments from companies to appear in the Ranking. The operator's full tax identity will be published before any payment is enabled.
Privacy
We process the data needed for accounts, watchlists, personal investment plans, Plus trials, portfolios, alerts, payments, support, newsletters and abuse prevention. Supabase hosts accounts and private plans; Lemon Squeezy will manage payments; Brevo will send emails; Netlify hosts the site and Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic without cookies. We do not sell personal data or store IP addresses or detailed browsing as internal business events. You may request access, correction, portability or deletion through privacidad@baifolio.com once the domain is active.
Baifolio Plus, cancellations and refunds
Plus will launch at €1.99 monthly or €14.99 annually, taxes included. The 14-day trial requires no card. Lemon Squeezy will be the merchant of record and show final terms before payment. You can cancel through the customer portal; access continues until the paid period ends. A confirmed refund revokes the related access without deleting watchlists or personal data. Plus tools become inactive when entitlement ends, while data is retained until you request deletion.
Emails and newsletter
The educational newsletter requires consent separate from operational account notices and requested alerts. Every marketing message includes one-click unsubscribe. You may disable digests and alerts without losing your account. Essential security or billing notices may still be sent while an active relationship exists.
Financial risk
Any investment can lose part or all of its capital. Scores, price targets, simulations and scenarios are estimates subject to incomplete data, delays and errors. The Planner does not recommend an amount, entry price or loss limit: users enter those limits themselves. They do not guarantee returns. Check sources, diversify and consult a regulated professional when your circumstances require it. Each historical Ranking snapshot is retained as published and is not recalculated using future information.
