How Baifolio decides

A score from 0 to 100 answering one question: is this asset a genuine opportunity after a correction? Baifolio does not reward fashionable stocks after recent rallies; it looks for meaningful corrections in healthy businesses with credible upside.

Upside

Distance to the Baifolio exit price. It is one of the main factors.

Correction

Recent price correction. Detection requires at least 30%.

Health

Weekly review of the business, margins, cash, debt and progress.

Recovery

Gradual price signals: 50 and 200-day averages, 30-day momentum and RSI.

Stability and liquidity

Favors tradable assets with controlled relative risk.

Data quality

Rewards sufficient, recent and verifiable information.

How selection begins

Available prices and signals are refreshed in batches each day. The system compares the stock universe and keeps candidates that have fallen at least 30%, meet minimum price and liquidity requirements, and have sufficiently recent data.

A correction needs context

A large drop may be an opportunity or the sign of a deteriorating business. Selection is therefore checked against business health and the average analyst target before it enters the Ranking.

How the complete Score is calculated

The seven components are upside, correction, health, recovery, liquidity, favorable risk and data quality. Their weights always add up to 100% and are calibrated with professional references without changing the original data.

Mandatory filters

A stock pending review or with poor health cannot be published. The Baifolio exit price must offer at least 20% upside from the current price.

Prices and analysis have different dates

Analysis, health and exit price remain fixed during the weekly review. Market price updates independently, so upside may change each day without silently altering the thesis.

Calibrated and reproducible model

When a new model is activated, the current selection is scored again automatically. Each Ranking keeps the version used so the result can be explained.

Data and sources

Quantitative data comes from market snapshots and financial documentation. Weekly review provides verifiable sources. Missing or unsupported fields are not presented as real metrics.
